Tahoe trip ‘25.
Last weekend, a successfully planned trip with some friends finally made it out of our actual group chat. Shout out to the friends that took charge and did all the planning and coordinating! This was the third time I had ever seen snow and the first time actually hanging out in Tahoe and checking it out. I didn’t go snowboarding or skiing, but a couple of our friends did on Friday, and the rest of us just met up with them at the cabin we were staying at.
The cabin we stayed at was perfect for our group. Each couple pretty much had their own floor. Justine and I had the top floor with our own restroom; only downside was that we didn’t have a door lol. Friday night when we arrived, we all cooked dinner together. We cooked enough to last us the entire weekend we were there. So we got to save money on needing to eat out or anything. Overall, it was great just hanging out with each other just drinking and playing games and shooting the shits. I definitely need to take more weekend trips. That is a goal I made for myself this year; travel more and take the needed vacations.
